A Bit About Me

Rewriting the Future of Leadership & AI

For years, I designed and built systems that fueled corporate profits or supported military operations. I led large military organizations on missions ranging from combat operations to teaching ESL to foreign military officials. But now?

Then, I kind of got over it. So, I asked myself more important questions:

What if we used these powerful technologies to drive real social change?
What if leadership wasn’t just about authority, but about impact, ethics, and transformation?

My path has taken me from military leadership to Fortune 500 boardrooms to AI research, exploring how technology transforms leadership, organizations, and human relationships. It’s been an ADHD-fueled journey across disciplines—from Jungian psychology and social issues to Bayesian modeling and astronomy—shaping a perspective that blends technical expertise, human psychology, organizational behavior, and ethical foresight.

Because AI isn’t about code—it’s about people.

My background spans AI strategy, organizational psychology, change management, and leadership development. I’ve published research on technology’s impact on mental health, adult learning, and organizational belonging—because AI must serve humanity, not the other way around.
